I am a middle aged male and probably like other middle aged males, my level of physical activity has dwindled to about nothing over the years. I joined the outdoor fitness classes with a friend; neither of us really knowing what to expect. I was surprised at how unfit I was but equally surprised at how much fun I had getting fitter. Tina programmed lots of variety into the classes which kept us motivated, interested and challenged. Whilst Tina pushes you to reach your potential, she is skillful at modifying the exercises to accommodate different people’s level and abiliity. I thoroughly enjoyed Tina’s classes and found her to be very professional.
